Been up to a lot of riding as of late.
Went to compete in cyclocross racing at the thorncliffe community centre on Tuesday evening.
It was harsh but I felt strong & look forward to the next series on Sept 16th.
Biked Wed for 1hour 20 min & ran after work for 40 min. incorporated speed work in for 10 minutes.
Biked Today with my co worker for about 3 1/2 hours. Started in midnapore & ended up @ Calgary cycle soaked from the rain. Great ride, heart rate felt good (within my aerobic base limit) rode the cross bike today as well!
Gearing up for the corporate challenge 10km coming up on Sunday morning. I'm excited & shooting for my first every sub 40 minute 10km.
Pumped to build my aerobic base before next race season.
