Keep on Truckin

Hey gang,

Steady as she goes lately for training. Did the corporate challenge last Sunday with a time of 40:18. I am happy with the time considering a buddy of mine was told a navigation watch tripped it at 10.6km.

Been riding to work a lot lately about 80km round trip which is a nice ride. The cyclocross last tuesday was some intense threshold heart rate training which I am okay with. My body is feeling stronger as the days go on & the only issue as of late is maximum breathing capability.
Wether it be a slight muscle tear in the chest or increased volume of training I am unsure. I am keeping a close eye on it & hope to get a handle on it.

I plan on riding to work at least 3 days of week even as we creep into the fall which would be a comfortable 240km of biking per week (not including any other leisure rides). 3-5 runs a week a should be possible as I want to keep gradually building my pace.

Getting back in the pool at a steady rate will be my next focus. Consistently balancing the three disciplines is the significant task.
