Let's Keep it going

Back in Calgary now & keeping the training going.

Tempo run the other day @ the YMCA for 50 minutes feeling good.

Biked Today for about 1hr 15 min & it felt good to get back in the saddle after a week at the lava fields.

Went to see the naturopath & learned some valuable information about my body & what should be going into it based on my food sensitivity. Very insightful.

Trying to make yoga a once a week thing to help with flexibility & core strength.

Feeling good & putting money in the bank with consistent yet casual training in the off season.
