the trainwagon

Ahh yes routine is starting to emerge into my life again when it comes to training. Having a routine I believe helps me be a more complete person. You are more alert with your priorities, obligations, goals, thoughts & mostly you realize how valuable time actually is.

Lower back has been irritating to say the least, nice part is it doesn't directly affect me during training. Just in between it has been irritating & slightly painful. Had a few massage therapy sessions done on it & it still seems really tight. I have decided that in order to potentially fulfill my training goals for this season I must do the unthinkable.....

see a chiropractor!!!

I understand that these professionals endure years of education & other medical knowledge requirements, but the thought of such a short session of cracking/shifting/snapping is a bit of a concern for me.

We'll see how it goes & if there is no success we still have other should you say typically non-conventional ideas ( ART/IMS/ACCU)

Been in the pool about 6 days a week loading up the volume maintaining 50s on 44 for 2km workouts & beginning to work in 100s/200s on 1:28/2:56 with the birdman.
